"Mr
Ceschin, I enjoyed the story about your truck. I am
thinking about acquiring a 3600 1954 long bed. I was
wondering if it was possible to put an efficient 4
or 6 cylinder under the hood with that size of
truck. I am not really sure if the two models are
totally different. I also would like to use it as a
daily driver. Thanks again for the story. Regards".

Have been looking everywhere for a 1949 - 1959

"Is
there a market for 50s & 60s International Big Rig
parts? I have several truck cabs, fenders, grills,
hoods, etc. that have been stored in my warehouse
for 40+ years. Should I scrap them or can I find a
buyer?" Tim, Cleveland OH
"I own a
1953
Ford F100 all original w/ 289 V8 flathead 3 on tree.
Its partly restored as I am a carpenter and the
construction trade slowed way down. Unfortunately
the funds are not there now. I have a nice 1,000 sqft shop that I would love to be put to good use
restoring cars and trucks to help offset the cost to
finish my project and somehow make money on it in
movies. I'm open for ideas. Please help if you have
any suggestions or needs. Thank you." -

"I
have had the opportunity to be given a 1927 1Ton
Diamond Reo/Diamond T Truck - Model 723 6 cyl diesel
truck. Would there be much value in it after it is
restored? The truck is in good condition.
Approximate cost to restore? Any written resources
to help with this? Thanks." - Al Walton, Cedar
Rapids, IA
"My
51 Ford F-1 was improperly stored at a local body shop
and the coolant froze and cracked the block. I need
a Flathead V8 replacement. Prefer a 24 stud. A short
block would be ok." - Randy, Portland, OR

"I
have an old utility trailer made out of a 1948

that label on the tail gate. Would it be worth advertizing to sell it under restoration parts?
Please advise." - Weston, Blackfood, ID

Brisbane, Australia

"I
am having difficulty finding someone who can change
out a differential ring gear on my 1939 Chevy 1/2
ton. The ring gear is riveted onto the
differential case. One mechanic said it would not be
as much of a problem to get the rivets out as it
would be to find someone to install the new rivets.
What type of a shop am I looking for? Any info will
be appreciated." - Adrian, Corpus Christi, TX
